A Letter from Mrs. Ramsey

A Message From The Principal...
The faculty and staff of Algood Elementary School would like to welcome you to the 2010-2011 school year!
The faculty and staff at our school believe in a strong partnership with families, and we urge the entire school community to renew your commitment to supporting our public schools. Research has shown that children of parents who get involved in their child's education do better academically and socially because they feel more connected to school and know that they belong.
As we work together to continually improve the academic program for all students, we will also strive to make our school a safer and more inspiring place in which to learn.
On behalf of the faculty and staff of Algood Elementary School, I encourage you to be a part of this school and to support our children as they learn and grow.
